The 1880s came back with a flash for one unforgettable night, as the Moulin Rouge Charity Ball raised an incredible £3,788.41!
A heartfelt thank you goes to everyone who attended, sponsored, donated prizes, bought raffle tickets, and bid in the auction—this night wouldn’t have been possible without your generosity and support.
The theme was a blast to bring to life, thanks to an incredible team of collaborators. Huge shoutouts to With Love Hope for the spectacular balloons and photo wall, Expert Entertainment for the dance floor and décor, Big Event Drapery for the stunning black drapes, Charm Events Decor for chair covers and bows, and My Fun Photobooth for providing the best photobooth experience.
Thanks also to Lacey Events for the beautiful table covers and Surrey National Events for hosting us once again. Photography and videography were expertly handled by Life is in the Detail Photography and Raquel, capturing the magic of the night.
A HUGE thank you to our magician, Mike, a fellow cancer warrior, who created a magical atmosphere for our guests, leaving everyone wanting more. We've already got him booked in for the next charity ball!!!!
Last but not least, our DJ Jubzy kept the dance floor alive all night long, proving once again why he’s our number one party starter.

The 80s came back with a bang for one unforgettable night, as the Bringing Back the 80s Charity Ball raised an incredible £4,607! This amazing amount was raised despite being our ball with the lowest guest turnout across all six events so far, making it a truly remarkable achievement.
A heartfelt thank you goes to everyone who attended, sponsored, donated prizes, bought raffle tickets and bid in the auction — this night wouldn’t have been possible without your generosity and support.

A standout moment was the surprise arrival of the original Ghostbusters car, made possible by Ecto Mobile UK, which delighted guests and added a nostalgic touch. Kane Design and Build once again wowed everyone with amazing props that truly brought the 80s theme to life.
Thanks also to Loving Moments Events for the beautiful table covers and Surrey National Events for hosting us once again. Photography and videography were expertly handled by Life is in the Detail Photography and Raquel, capturing the magic of the night.

The Winter Wonderland Ball was every bit as magical as we dreamed, filled with unforgettable surprises and joyful moments.
One of the biggest highlights was the long-kept secret announcement that Unmask Cancer was now officially a registered cancer charity — a proud milestone after five years of dedication and support.
This year was especially meaningful as the founder bravely delivered her own speech for the first time, marking five years in remission and sharing the charity’s journey.
Adding to the magic was a very special first-ever proposal at the event — congratulations to Krystal and Scott! It was an honour to witness such a beautiful moment.
Kane Design & Build once again brought the theme to life with spectacular props. Guests were greeted by a Narnia wardrobe entrance leading into a winter forest, complete with Christmas trees, silver thrones for photo opportunities, and even a ski lift — perfect for memorable pictures.
The auction and raffle featured incredible prizes, including artwork by Will McNally, football memorabilia, beauty products, show tickets and more — the most raffle prizes we had ever had!
The night was filled with glamour and fun, with DJ Dubble S keeping the dance floor packed and creating the atmosphere that no Unmask Cancer event is complete without. Huge thanks to Surrey National Golf Club for hosting, and to everyone who attended, donated, sponsored and bid in the auction.

Our latest Casino Ball was a fantastic success, with guests dressed to impress and ready to play their way to big wins. Held once again at the beautiful Surrey National Golf Club, the evening brought together friends and supporters for a night full of fun, entertainment and fundraising.
Thanks to everyone’s generosity and enthusiasm, we raised £4,000 for our two chosen cancer charities, the Willow Foundation and Trekstock.
The highlight of the evening was the thrilling casino experience. We hired four casino tables from Casino Event Hire, including poker, roulette and blackjack, which kept everyone entertained throughout the night. The excitement at the tables played a big role in helping us reach our fundraising goal.
Our brilliant magician, Wayne from Magic in a Trice, returned for the fourth year, dazzling guests with his tricks and expertly hosting the raffle and auction. His charm and skill kept the energy high and bids generous.
A special shoutout goes to Kane Design and Build for crafting stunning custom props, including a show-stopping roulette wheel entrance that wowed everyone as they arrived.
The raffle and auction featured fantastic prizes, including a signed Manchester United shirt, golf and spa packages, West End show tickets, escape rooms, beauty treatments and much more — something for everyone.
Thank you to all our guests for your incredible support and enthusiasm. We’re so grateful to everyone who helped make the evening such a success, and we can’t wait to welcome you back to another unforgettable ball!

After waiting nearly two years, our charity balls were back — and it was well worth the wait!
Despite the challenging circumstances of the previous year, nearly 200 tickets were sold, and the night raised a fantastic £3,500, which was split between two incredible cancer charities: Trekstock and the Willow Foundation. We’re so grateful to everyone who bought tickets, dressed up, donated, and supported us.
Guests fully embraced the Halloween theme, arriving in every costume imaginable — from horror characters, zombies, and witches to Disney characters, Vikings, and Marty McFly. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the creativity truly brought the night to life.
We transformed the venue into a full horror experience. Attendees entered through a chilling “Tunnel of Hell” filled with smoke, cobwebs, gravestones, and eerie sounds.
A second, smaller room was turned into a horror zone with help from With Love Hope, complete with BOO light-up letters and an ‘Academy Award for Best Production Design’-worthy electric chair prop from Sean at Kane Design and Build.
The main room embraced a gothic mansion aesthetic, with burgundy satin table covers, cobwebs, antique books, and “witches’ potion” favours for each guest.
Entertainment included Wayne Trice, who returned for a second year with incredible magic and hosting energy, a selfie-pod photo booth, and brilliant caricatures by Chris Burke. The dance floor was buzzing all night thanks to All Star Entertainment for the dance floor and our DJ for putting on the perfect floor-filler tunes.

With the world in lockdown, events stopped, and we missed another special night. No seeing friends, no celebrations—just toilet roll chaos and Boris’ briefings. But the break only fuelled our passion.
Our team grew, our vision expanded, and in 2021, we returned with a bang—bigger, bolder, and better than ever!

The Fookin Peaky Blinders Ball....what a night! It exceeded all expectations. From the incredible 1920s-inspired outfits to the stunning Art Deco décor, every detail came together to create an unforgettable evening. Held at the beautiful Surrey National, 163 guests helped us raise an amazing £7,804 for charity.
Guests were welcomed with a surprise – two beautiful horses from E&S Horse and Pony Adventures, offering fantastic photo opportunities. The evening continued with drinks in the themed Peaky Blinders Ballroom, horse racing entertainment provided by Go Race Nights, and a glamorous dinner in the Gatsby Room.
Décor highlights included black and gold touches, candelabras, and light-up letters provided by With Love Hope and Loving Moments Events. Fusion designed our tickets, brochures, and table stationery, adding a polished touch to the event.
Entertainment was top-tier, with magician and host Wayne from Magic In A Trice wowing guests, leading the raffle and auction, and keeping energy high all night.
Prizes included a Lake District stay, signed Arsenal shirt, supercar experience, and a Scottish football break at Ibrox Stadium.
The photo booth by My Fun Photo-booth and music from our fantastic DJ kept the laughter, singing, and dancing going all night. Huge thanks to Sam Conquest Photography for capturing it all.
We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who came, donated, and supported us – especially Surrey National for providing the venue free of charge. Louise, the events manager, was a dream to work with, and we’re already excited to team up again.

2018 marked the beginning of our annual themed charity balls and was the first event of this scale for Unmask Cancer. With 175 guests attending, we were thrilled to raise an incredible £5,227 through ticket sales, raffle tickets and our auction.
It was a fantastic evening filled with laughter, entertainment and plenty of dancing. Guests enjoyed a magician, photo booth, incredible decorations and a packed dance floor, creating a night to remember.
The evening featured 35 raffle prizes and 15 auction prizes, including beauty and food vouchers, bungee jumping, day trips, champagne, a weekend away, escape rooms, signed sporting memorabilia and afternoon tea at The Dorchester Hotel.
We were incredibly grateful to everyone who attended, supported the event and helped make our very first charity ball such a success.
We were also hugely thankful to Surrey National Golf Club, who generously provided the venue free of charge — continuing their support for our events in the years that followed.
