Whether you are running on Saturday 24 April or Sunday 25 April 2027, your miles will help us raise awareness, provide support, and continue our work for people affected by cancer!

We are delighted to have one official charity place for the TCS London Marathon 2027, which has already been allocated.
However, if you have secured your own place through the public ballot, Good For Age, or another official entry route, we would love for you to choose Unmask Cancer as your charity and join our team of supporters.
Please note: We do not currently have additional charity places available for the TCS London Marathon 2027. Runners must secure their own marathon entry before fundraising for Unmask Cancer.
Whether you're chasing a personal best or simply aiming to cross the finish line, your London Marathon journey will help us continue making a positive difference to the lives of people affected by cancer.
A Chemo-Kit is more than just a care package, it's a reminder that nobody has to face cancer alone. Created by Unmask Cancer's founder following her own chemotherapy journey, each kit is designed to provide comfort, practical support, and encouragement during treatment.
Costing £25 to produce, every Chemo-Kit contains 13 carefully selected items chosen to make chemotherapy days a little more manageable and to let recipients know that someone is thinking of them.
Raise £100 and we'll donate four Chemo-Kits on your behalf to people starting chemotherapy.
Your fundraising will help provide comfort, practical support, and reassurance to four individuals as they begin their treatment journey.
Raising £250 will help us provide emotional support to individuals and families affected by cancer.
Your fundraising will contribute towards counselling services that help people process their diagnosis, manage the challenges of treatment, and navigate life during and after cancer.
By raising £500, you'll help us continue creating opportunities for our community to come together through fundraising events, while supporting our ongoing efforts to educate and raise awareness about different types of cancer.
Your fundraising will help us share vital information, reach more people, and continue our mission of supporting those affected by cancer.
Reaching £1,000 or more will help us continue to grow our support services, including practical assistance, emotional support, awareness initiatives, and community outreach. Your incredible fundraising will help us be there for more people and families affected by cancer.
Thank you for your support, and wanting to support us by running the marathon for our charity!
